Are born again to new life (first resurrection)
Fall asleep (first death)
Are raised for judgment (second resurrection)
Live and reign forever
Nonbelievers:
Are born dead in sin
Fall asleep (first death)
Are raised for judgment (second resurrection)
Are thrown into the lake of fire (second death)
The millennium is between the first and second resurrections - now.
